Semi Automatic Hydraulic Arec Leaf Plates Making Machine
In this type of machines operations are involved by man and hydraulic mechanism, so it is called semi automatic hydraulic machines. In this machines are having 6 dies as 12,8,6,4 inches sizes are each one, and 10 inches dies sizes are two dies, so total 6 no's of machines. 6 dies are fitted in the three frames by 2 dies each frames. In this type, hydraulic power pack run by 2 H.P branded motor and 7 H.P power for heaters.
Total 9 H.P electric power required for run this unit. Blades are made by stainless steel, so no need to change life long of this machines. The bottom dies are fitted with M.S ring, so plates cutting and plates ribs are getting very good qualities. So the bottom dies are won't change frequently due to cutting grew by the blades.
Production capacity 30 plates per hour per die, total 1800 plates per 10 hours shift in six dies. This machine support to run 24 hours
